Chief Vigilance Officer
Sh Lalit Mohan Pandey CVO,NFL/RFCL has taken the additional charge of
CVO, BVFCL from the forenoon of 27.02.2024. BVFCL Vigilance is headed by Chief Vigilance Officer. Vigilance functions in the plants as well as in the business area of BVFCL are monitored by Sr Manager (Vigilance). The Sr Manager (Vigilance) is functionally reporting to Chief Vigilance Officer.
Under the guidance of CVO the functions of BVFCL Vigilance are broadly preventive in nature. The focus of BVFCL Vigilance is proactive i.e., towards facilitating the environment for enabling people to work with integrity, impartiality, in a fearless and transparent manner, upholding highest ethical standards for the organization. As a precursor to Vigilance Awareness Week 2022 the Commission has desired Preventive Vigilance cum internal housekeeping activities i.e. a 3 month campaign (16th August to 15th November 2022) be taken up as focus area by all in the Organization. CVO, BVFCL is monitoring intensely the vigilance activities in BVFCL during the above period on the occasion of Vigilance Awareness Week-2022 along with others.
