Online House Allotment Application

Note for Non-BVFCL Employee :


A) Before filling up the Application Form, the applicant has to submit a Non Refundable Fee of Rs. 500/- through SBI Collect https://www.onlinesbi.com/sbicollect . (Click here for help manual)

B) Submission of Online Application Form doesn't confirm guarantee of Quarter Allotment. Eligible applicant will be informed after scrutiny of their application form.Applicants are advised to submit one Application only. If more than one application found against one person, his/ her application will be rejected.

C) The Applicants will be notified via Email for scrutiny of their applications. The following documents will be required at the time of scrutiny:

NOTIFICATION FOR SECURITY DEPOSIT OF TYPE II & TYPE III QUARTERS TO OUTSIDERS (Dated: 12/07/2022)

1) One recent passport size photo

2) PAN Card/ Voter ID

3) Proof of permanent address:

       a. Local Police Station Verification Report or

       b. Certified by Gaon Panchayat/ Circle Office

4) Copy of Bank Pass Book with transaction updated during the last 03 months

5) Business Related Documents eg.; Registration Certificate, Tax Return etc. (for Business Class Applicant)

6) Police Verification Certificate as per Annexure-1 (for Business Class Applicant)

7) Annexure-2 duly filled by Personnel Department, BVFCL (for Widow Applicant)

8) Death Certificate of the deceased (for Widow Applicant)

9) Copy of Factory Gate Pass or Character Antecedent Certificate from Local Police Station and Undertaking (for Contractor’s Worker of BVFCL)

10) Annexure-3 duly filled up and signed by the employer (for State/ Central Govt. Employee)

11) Copy of Salary Slips for the last 02 consecutive months (for State/ Central Govt. Employee)

12) Copy of valid photo I-card issued by the employer (for State/ Central Govt. Employee)
