- Monitoring timely realization of outstanding dues beyond the credit limit from the dealers.
- Investigation of complaints with follow-up action.
- Study systems & procedures of BVFCL and advise the Management for cost control / reduction and to eliminate scope for malpractices.
- Review of procurement of materials and service contracts.
- Surprise & Regular inspection of private field warehouses / unloading operations at railheads/area inside factory.
- Inspection of Regional Offices.
- Undertaking CTE type inspections.
- Follow-up of CVC’s instructions on leveraging technology.
- Observance of Vigilance Awareness Week.

- One virtual seminar was conducted among officers to educate them on preventive vigilance on 30.09.21 )
- A powerpoint presentation on Preventative Vigilance was presented by Sh. Keshab Dey, Manager (Vig) on 21.05.2022 during the opening day ceremony of Annual Marketing Sales Review Meeting held in Puri , Odisha.
BVFCL is observing Vigilance Awareness Week 2022 from 31st October to 6th November with the theme “Corruption free India for a Developed nation”. The Week commenced with the administering of the vigilance pledge by CMD – Sh SP Mohanty’ji.
On occasion of #VigilanceAwarenessWeek a Dealers Training Programme was organised by Marketing Department at BVFCL Guest House today.
