EMPLOYEES GRIEVANCE REDRESSAL COMMITTEE
BVFCL has set up a Grievance Redressal Committee of employees for quick disposal of grievance of employees. The designation of committee members are stated as under:

* One Nominee from each of the recognized Trade Unions in case of Grievance of workmen OR one nominee from Joint Council of Officers (JCO) in case of grievances of officers.
The above Committee shall meet at least once in a month and inform its findings to CMD, BVFCL.
