  • To diversify into production of other industrial products.
  • To provide balanced economic growth in the region.

BVFCL has the following objectives:

  • To take up and implement schemes for energy savings.
  • To continuously improve plant operation safety.
  • To attain high level of capacity utilization.
  • To continuously upgrade the quality of human resources of the company and promote organizational development.

Standards

  • We have set up upon ourselves the standards for all transactions with you. We undertake that in case of likely or inevitable delay, we shall promptly communicate the same to the party concerned. Our Commitments We commit to:
  • Produce and distribute quality fertilizers conforming to the specifications.
  • Timely distribution of our fertilizers to ensure consumer satisfaction.
  • Continual up gradation of Technology and Development of Human Resources.
  • Strict adherence to the prescribed Safety, Health and environmental Protection Standards.

SERVICE EXTENDED TO THE CUSTOMERS/CITIZENS’

Training is imparted to the farmers free of cost by the Company in village/block level for balanced use of fertilizers for improving productivity.

GRIEVANCES REDRESSAL MACHANISM

  1. EMPLOYEES GRIEVANCE REDRESSAL COMMITTEE

BVFCL has set up a Grievance Redressal Committee of employees for quick disposal of grievance of employees. The name and designation of committee members are stated as under:

* One Nominee from each of the recognized Trade Unions in case of Grievance of workmen OR one nominee from Joint Council of Officers (JCO) in case of grievances of officers.

The above Committee shall meet at least once in a month and inform its findings to CMD, BVFCL.

  1. TOWNSHIP WELFARE COMMITTEE

BVFCL has set up a Committee to take care all the matters pertaining to the cleanliness of township of the Company. The name and designation of committee members are stated as under :

The above Committee shall meet at least once in a month and inform its findings to CMD, BVFCL.

In respect of the above committees, complaints may be lodged in the complaint box kept at the reception counter of Administrative Building. The respective Coordinating Officer shall open the complaint box at regular intervals for further necessary action. The complaints can also be sent by post/lodged in the office of GM (HR), Chairman of the Committee. The name, designation, room number, Telephone number, etc. of Chairman and Coordinator Officer is displayed at the entrance of the administrative building.

Each Grievance petition shall be acknowledged and if no action is warranted on a petition a reply to the effect shall be sent to the petitioner in time.

  1. RIGHT TO INFORMATION ACT, 2005

To provide the right to every citizen to secure access to information under the control of public authority, in consistence with the public interest, in order to promote openness, transparency and accountability in administration and in relation to matters connected therewith or incidental thereto.

In terms of provisions of Section 5 of The Right to Information Act, 2005, Brahmaputra Valley Fertilizer Corporation Limited (BVFCL), Namrup, P.O.: Parbatpur-786623, Dist. Dibrugarh (Assam) designates the following, officers of BVFCL as Chief Public Information Officer / Alternate Assistant Public Information Officer for the purpose of carrying out the provisions of the said Act.

Further, in accordance with the provisions of Section 19 of the said Act, any person who does not receive a decision within the time specified in the Act from the Chief Public Information Officer / Alt. Public Information Officer of BVFCL or is / are aggrieved by a decision of the Chief Public Information Officer/ Alt. Public Information Officer of BVFCL may within 30 days from the expiry of such period or from the receipt of such a decision prefer an appeal to the Brahmaputra Valley Fertilizer Corporation Limited (BVFCL) Namrup, P.O.: Parbatpur-786623, Dist. Dibrugarh (Assam).

  1. CUSTOMER GRIEVANCES REDRESSAL CELL BVFCL has set up a grievance redressal cell for resolving the grievances of customer of the company. In case, customer have any grievances against the company ‘s products etc. he is requested to contact the Nodal officer of the above cell Shri Y. K. Goel, General Manager (HR), BVFCL, Namrup. Tel : 0374-2500533 /2507007. The customer can also lodge his complaint by sending e-mail directly to info@bvfcl.co.in
  2. In respect of complaints involving redressal for bribes or financial irregularities, public may approach the Chief Vigilance Officer, BVFCL, Liaison Office, A-11, NFL House, Sector-24, Noida-201301 (U.P.).

TIME LIMIT FOR DISPOSAL OF GRIEVANCES

  1. Issue of acknowledgement /interim reply to petitioner 2 weeks.
  2. Forwarding of the grievance petition to the concerned authority 3
  3. Final disposal of the grievance petition 2 months.

EXPECTATION FROM CUSTOMERS/CITIZENS

We expect from the customers / citizens to be reasonable and prompt in exercising your rights and obligations in all your transactions with the company without extending inducement of any kind and not raising any frivolous issues.

a. Timely feed back of information about the product purchased by the
customer, its quality, weight, etc.
b. Suggestion for further improvement.
